Asbestos removal

The majority pre 1990`s buildings contain some form of asbestos. The products which contain asbestos can vary from more obvious items such roof sheets, gutters and lagging to more obscure things such as vinyl floor tiles and artex. Prior to any building being demolished Health & Safety legislation advises that an asbestos survey is carried out. The type three asbestos survey is the most effective option, as it is "intrusive". This provides the best level of information on whether the material is present and in what form.
